In the framework of the WP1, a workshop will be held in Aalesund, Norway, on 26-27 March 2019.
The workshop is organized by the WP1 leader-NTNU- and it will take place in the nautical department at NTNU Aalesund Campus. The workshop will focus on the design of the methodology / mechanism in order to analyze the current and future skills needs on a structural base. Core thematic areas that will be addressed: T1 - Current skills and needs (Reality & Mapping) T2 - Future skills and competence needs (Possible future developments) T3 – Identification of gaps and mismatches in the sector. All attendees are encouraged to contribute to all thematic areas. It is expected to have a rich discussion that brings together experiences and ideas from the participating partners.
