Project Management

The SKILLSEA management is assured by the general project coordinator and the technical project coordinator, supported by the project administration, the work package leaders and the Project Board. The project coordinator is STC-Group.

 

Project Board

The Project Board (PB) consists of ECSAETF and STC, and is supported by both project coordinators.

 

Advisory Board

The project is supported by the Advisory Board (AB). The Advisory Board members provide the project management, the work package leaders and the Project Board with their views on the deliverables and results of the project. It consists of representatives of the maritime shipping sector, Member States, MET’s and Maritime Clusters.

Work package leaders

The SKILLSEA consists of 6 work packages. Each WP is under the lead of the Work package leader. The Work Package Leader (WPL) is a designated partner of a Work Package who is responsible for the overall performance of the specific Work Package. The WPL is in charge of the organization and contributions of his/her Work Package Team (constituted by the WP Leader and the members of the designated partners with expertise based on the requirements of each work package).
